PU (Polyurethane) foam has been the main material used in bra cups for many years, but PU foam contains toxic substances that are harmful to human. E-Fiber is a newly developed material that replaces PU foam. E-Fiber never turns yellow and dries quickly, with excellent elasticity and is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and breathable. The E-Fiber structure is completely different from traditional needle punch padding and spray padding. The vertical structure helps increase the elasticity of fiber along with good breathable function and good water vapor permeability. Another big feature is that it feels soft to hand and dries quickly after laundry. The F-Fiber can also be cut to different thickness and it can be as thin as 2mm. After laminating it to fabric, it is very hard to tell the difference between E-Fiber and PU foam. It is very suitable for cutting & sewing and cup molding.
