Our yarns are used in manufacturing of Shaggy Carpets as per the picture attached. Our yarns are currently being exported to major carpet manufacturing countries viz., Egypt, Belgium, Israel and Turkey to name a few. We can offer you yarn in 22000 Dtex, 18,000 Dtex, 16,000 Dtex, 12000 Dtex and 10,000 Dtex and various other types of yarn suitable for making shaggy carpets. Few popular types are fancy yarn with fur, balloon yarn with lurex etc. Below are specifications of the regular yarn that we manufacture: * Cone Packing : 4.5 Kg / Cone. 95 % yarn with 2 joints joints 5 % yarn with the joints but with a special kind of ultrasonic joint which easily passes through the needles . The joints are designed in such a manner that it passes through the needles easily without breaking the needles. * 1 x 40 ft HC container Qty : 20.00 Tons * Payment Term : Letter of Credit @ sight (Can offer uscance Lc with credit up to 90 to 180 days) * Colors of yarn : Available in any color . Also making 100+ colors now which has good demand in the market * Packing: In open pallets and 20 open pallets in one 40 feet container. Towards our vision of continuous product innovation, we have developed a new product also know as polyester bundled yarn. The carpet manufactured from the yarn are very soft and are currently in huge demand with the carpet manufactures in Belgium and Turkey. The product is 300dn or 150dn 100% polyester yarn twisted in 2 folds and further twisted in various combination as you can notice below. The following are the combinations that we are currently manufacturing: SN/1807 (150dnx2x24) SN/1804 (150dnx2x10) SN/1798 (300dnx2x10) SN/1819 (150dnx2x20) SN/1818 (600dnx4x4) SN/1882 (150dnx2x9) SN/1871 (300dnx2x6) SN/1803 (150dnx2x6) Attached are few pictures of the yarn.
