| About | Shivam Garments is one of the leading Manufacturer and Exporter of Fashionable Ready-made Garments like Ladies Top, Mens T-shirt, and Ladies T-shirt in India. The company has its own manufacturing setup with a built-up area of about Six Thousand square feet, having a capacity to produce One Lakh Fifty Thousand pieces of tops and mens T-Shirts per month and trims so as to enable it to give garments a finishing touch at a cost-effective price. The Company also believes in service, quality and on time deliveries. Shivam Garments is our garments Manufacturing unit and Shivam Exporter is our all type of products export division unit. Our main Export Market is France, Germany, Italy U.S.A Asia & United Kingdom The company ensures that the customers are provided garments as per their specific needs and requirements. Our sampling Departments is well equipped sampling section to meet the required quality and time schedule Pattern making and Grading Equipments. Pattern are done by using CAD for accurate and fault free patterns and markers. The company also has its own in-house design team. Range of designing is developed as per the buyers specifications and requirements. Quality Department: Our company has its own experienced and professionally equipped Quality Controlling department headed by a Quality control Manager for checking and testing of fabrics. Fabric Testing is done in recognized laboratories. The company also has an in-house laboratory for GSM testing shrinkage, color, rubbing fastness and a color cabinet. Quality Assurance and Quality Control (Production) The company is managed by a well-qualified and fully trained team of professionals who can adapt and meet the quality standards as per the specifications and requirements. Production Team A team of highly experienced and professional Production Manager and Batch Supervisors under an able guidance of Industrial engineer and an experienced Factory Manager manages the factory for an optimum scientific productivity.
