We have Following facilities Full Fledged modern fabrication shop of area measuring 26000 sq. ft with open space of measuring 80, 000 sq. ft. The manufacturing facility is well connected by roads and 180 km away from port of Mumbai. Facility for metal working in Stainless Steel, Hastelloy and higher alloys to international standards including TEMA, DIN, BS, IS. We have initiated program to upgrade our facilities to obtain certification under ASME, 'U' Stamping. For every job quality assurance plan is drawn and plan is executed. We have in-house facilities for Material Handling, Plate / Pipe Bending, Dish Forming, MIG / TIG / SMAW, Welding, Plasma Cutting, Machining, Drilling, Mechanical & Electrochemical Polishing. Pilot Plant Testing facility for Spray Dryer, Flash Dryer, Cage mill Dryer, Fluidised bed Spray Dryer, Evaporator etc. Our Strength: In-house Engineering software development program.
