About	In the year 1990, Sealed Energy Systems took up the challenge of technology development in the field of Sealed Rechargeable Lead Acid Batteries. After extensive R&D, the technology of sealed lead acid batteries was developed and commercial production started in 1993. Sealed Energy Systems is a Small Scale Industries registered firm. Commercial and Production Capabilities are well evaluated and documented when we got National Small Scale Industrial Corporation registered. We are always prepared to arrange a meeting to discuss requirements further. Design of Batteries We offer rapid prototyping for new projects. Custom battery packs can be designed in many configurations. Battery packs can range from simple shrink sleeved designs through to complex designs. We can provide vacuum formed, injection mold, fabricated and ultrasonically welded cases. We can even incorporate electronics design to requirements and provide a range of chargers. Quality Standards & Testing Battery packs are manufactured to BIS quality standards, ensuring consistent quality. Comprehensive testing facilities enable battery packs to be capacity tested to ensure standards are met. Capacity testing is available with all chemistry from button cells through to 200Ah lead acid batteries. Batch or specific battery test data can be supplied in tabular formats. Our test equipment flexibility helps reduce bottlenecks and guarantees throughput to meet requirements.
