Tooling and engineering capability is the core competence of Rui Man De-Mold. With experienced engineer team in the tooling industry, Rui Man De-Mold participates in collaborative product development, industrial design, rapid prototyping and manufacture processing design, including tooling, molding, stamping, die casting, testing, fixtures and others. Part and tooling construction: During the planning and designing phases, we check all operational details and factors with regards to the parts/tools. The subsequent design process takes place with the aid of Uni Graphics/UG. Weak spots are located with appropriate tools at an early stage, thereby enabling us to quickly find alternatives without wasting time. For every project, the most detailed study on the beginning is very importance. We control the project from the Beginning (source) to the End, so we can prevent many mistakes. This principle is also our Operation Spirit. Rui Man De-Mold manufacture process: We use machines made in Germany and Japan, all of which are computer controlled. A state-of-the-art test and quality control guarantees that all directives are followed before the completion with absolute precision. The carefully selected high-grade steel and solid mechanical assemblage of tools ensures smooth operation and a long working life. Mass production: Upon request, we are also able to largely produce commissioned molds.
