| About | Reyes Family Cigars (formerly Puros Indios) is an internationally known cigar manufacturing company, owned and operated by a known cigar making family. Although our manufacturing facilities for producing cigars are located in Danli, Honduras, we are a Cuban owned and operated business. Reyes Family Cigars has a long tradition started by its Founder, Cuban Master Tobacconist Rolando Reyes Sr. , of making high quality, hand made, blended, premium cigars. We have several main brands of cigars: Classic (Natural wrapper) and Premier (Maduro wrapper) Puros Indios (medium bodied) , and Cuba Aliados (full bodied) ; as well as special premium, limited production cigar lines Viejo, Aliados Anniversary and Cienfuegos, plus a cigarillo called Puritos. The Viejo (also sold in the USA as Vintage) is an aged cigar (ten years, my favorite) , very smooth; it received a 91 ranking by Cigar Aficionado and is included in the top 25 cigars of 2006. . At the lower end of the market, we also produce one of the top selling medium fill, bundled cigars in the USA-Roly. Although our factory is in Honduras, our cigars have a four country blend of tobacco from Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Brazil and Ecuador. |
