New Nevada Corporation founded 12/13/2005 to develop a coal mine in the mountains of Kentucky, USA. We have proven mining reports for all current mining tracts. Tract one consists of (our share) $10,000,000 plus US dollars of reserve. This is one tract of 4. We anticipate 65% plus per year dividends (for a full calender year). We are a 30% partner in the deal. Dividends shall be paid monthly starting approximately September of 2006. This is the CEO's third coal deal with the same partners and the first deal is paying 122% per year dividends and closed. These are real deals with very little downside.
