| About | The company Rosizol Co. Ltd. Is the manufacturer of post polymeric insulators produced with application of liquid two-componential silicone rubber. A basis of mechanical and electric durability of our insulators is the fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe with internal diameters from 110 up to130 mm and external diameter 140 mm and with internal diameters from 160 up to 200 mm, external diameter 214 mm. Protective silicone coat is formed in one work cycle by casting of liquid silicone two-componential rubber under pressure, using 2KM molding machine. The length of the insulating parts can amount from 600 mm to 6000 mm, depending on needs of the customer. Tracking erosive resistance of rubber corresponds to 4, 5 kV. Both bottom and top flange are made of an alloy of nonferrous metals. Insulators can be produced of various sizes and configurations, depending on needs of the customer. We produce standard post insulators on classes of pressure 35, 110, 150, 220, 330 kV. Our insulating products can be used for high-voltage, wall and transformer inputs, for measuring current and voltage transformers, switches, coupling condenser, etc. |
