| About | Protea Hill Farm is a raspberry/granadilla farm in the winelands of Stellenbosch, South Africa and produces a variety of natural, healthy and unique Gourmet Vinegars. We try to please different taste buds with a variety of different balsamic flavours some of them you will not find anywhere in the world. All fruits/herbs are naturally farmed, that means no insecticides or pesticides are used on the plants or fruits/herbs. Furthermore no colourants, preservatives, flavour enhancers, molasses, caramelized sugar, or any chemical substances are used for the production of the balsamic vinegars. All balsamic vinegars are aged in vats till they have reached their full potential and have 6% acidity. Award winning balsamic vinegars, Best New Product of South Africa in 2006 & 2007, are favorites with leading chefs in SA and abroad. Cape Gourmet Vinegars is an established BEE company and Fair Trade. The existing stocks of balsamic vinegars are sufficient to supply the local and international markets.
