| About | Powerson Power Supply (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has been developing, manufacturing, selling Powerson VRLA batteries since 1986. In 1994, we introduced advanced production lines and testing equipment to ensure product quality manufactured by Powerson. After the state policy announcement of the Western Region Development Strategic Decision, in 1998, Baotou Powerson Power Supply Co., Ltd. was established as our production base of VRLA batteries in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, in the northern China, where we took the advantage of its geographic location, rich material resource and energy. The new factory plant covers a total area of 50,000 square meters. Advanced manufacture technology and modern management system were applied to help annual production capacity reach 300, 000 KVAH in the year of 2003 and 500,000 KVAH in 2004 after further investment. Powerson company has become one of the largest suppliers and manufacturers of VRLA batteries in China. By the end of 2007, our production capacity has hit the record high of 1,000,000KVAH. As a university back-grounded company, Powerson company has a close and long standing cooperative relationship with Shanghai Fudan University - one of the top ranked universities in China in many areas. A post-doctor station, research center and product comparison lab are set up with Electrical Chemistry Dept. of Fudan University. Meanwhile, Powerson company also develops cooperation with foreign professional R&D institutions through our overseas branches. Powerson products have been widely used in more than 18 countries and districts. Powerson has established training and logistic center with technical support in Shanghai. We have also opened over 20 sales and service branches throughout China, as well as two overseas branches in H.K and the U.S.A to help satisfy our customers' needs as quickly as possible. |
