| About | Since 2000, PipeFlo has supplied a multitude of high density and low density pipes to numerous satisfied customers. Vlam Oosthuizen established PipeFlo. August von Staden is the factory manager. PipeFlo, started with the extrusion of a small range of polyethylene pipes suitable for a limited range of applications. Since then, the company has grown to manufacture and distribute a wide range of polyethylene products, suitable for numerous applications as well as the distribution of fittings. The factory consists of one manufacturing plant with four production lines operating 24 hours per day. PipeFlo manufactures internal (ID) and outside (OD) diameter black polyethylene pipes. High density polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) are used in the manufacturing processes. The following pipes and ranges are manufactured: 1. ID pipes, LDPE in Class 3 (Type 1 comparable) 15mm to 80mm 2. ID pipes, HDPE in Class 6 (Type 3 comparable) 15mm to 80mm 3. OD pipes, HDPE from 20mm to 200mm and Class range Class 6 to Class 20 (Type 4 and Type 5 comparable) Some of the main industries that uses PipeFlo products: Mining, Agricultural, Conveyor belt manufacturers, Horizontal Drilling Contractors, Construction and Borehole Contractors PipeFlo manufactures its pipes to SABS dimension tolerances, however our products do not come with the SABS mark. The supply of quality raw material to our factory is well captured. |
