| About | We are specialized in forged 4340 en24 H-beam connecting rods. We manufacture H-beam connecting rods for euro and Japanese cars. We can supply for any engine application. According your sample or drawing. All rods are precision forged 4340 EN24 aircraft quality steel, vacuum degassed to remove impurities. The rods are forged in two pieces to insure proper grain flow. All surfaces are CNC machined and shot-peened to relive stress. Silicone bronze bushings installed for increase wear resistance and precision ground alignment sleeves in the rod cap to prevent cap walk under high horsepower loads. Rods are equiped with ARP 2000 Rod bolts. Rods are good for 800HP in 4 cylinder and 1200HP in 6cylinder |
