We have 5 sub-companies including Penglai Jinglu Fishery Co., Ltd., Penglai Jinglu Foodstuff Co., Ltd., Penglai Lujing Foodstuff Co., Ltd., Penglai Huiyang Foodstuff Co., Ltd. and Penglai Jinglu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Our group has 18 modern aquatic product processing plants, with the processing variety of more than 2000. Our annual processing capacity is more than 40,000 tons and cold storage capacity is 68,000 tons. Our group also has the first bonded warehouse for public use in Penglai City, which was approved to start operation in 2004.This improves customs clearance speed and plays a significant role in enhancing the Penglai Aquatic competitiveness in the international area. Our plants mainly deal with the intensive processing of aquatic products, such as squid, mackerel, Spanish mackerel, salmon, shrimp, crab, scallop and seasoning products. At present, we have passed ISO9001, ISO10002, ISO10015, IFS, BRC, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and HACCP certifications. At the same time, our products were given official approval to enter Brazilian market along with the first batch of Chinese aquatic product companies who apply to export to Brazil, which means our products will soon appear in South American Market. Our products are mainly exported to Japan, Korea, the United States, the European Union and Southeast Asian countries and regions. In order to protect our inshore fishery resources, carrying out the strategy of sustainable development, our group timely turns from offshore operations to pelagic fishing. Since the year 1993 when we started to do pelagic fishing till now, we have already had 6 squid angling boats and laid a strong foundation for providing enough materials. Our group pays a great attention to pelagic fishing, as well as to the development of breeding. At present, we have 2 comparatively large breed aquatics, breeding water body 15,000m3. We mainly breed sea cucumber, abalone, scallop and other marine lives, and gain a good economic benefit. Our group's subsidiary company, Penglai Jinglu Ship Industry Co., Ltd. was established in April, 2006, and is a large-scale enterprise engaged in shipbuilding and also ocean engineering manufacturing. Our company is currently planning the annual production capacity of more than 1,000,000 DWT. Through the modernized production organization with the principle of highly effective assembly and advanced workmanship, our company will has an annual output capacity of over 2,000,000 DWT. At present, there are new orders of 1.23 million in hands. At present, our company owns over 4000 employees, including more than 400 technicians and management personnel. Our group has one dry dock 369m X 102m for shipbuilding, one set of slipway 275m X 69m and the outfitting quays 2500m. There are two steel processing workshops and each with an area of 17000m2. We also have shot-blasting painting and coating workshops and one block manufacturing workshop with an area of 34200m2 and one outfitting workshop with an area of 16000m2. We are equipped with 700 sets of various special shipbuilding equipment and facilities, including steel plate pre-treating lines, CNC cutting machines, cold frame bender machines, big size oil-hydraulic press machines, three-roller rolling machines and two sets of 150T and one 500T gantry cranes.
