Unasa Indonesia willing to do bisnis with the Buyer that could follow below Procedures : Transaction Procedure: 1. Buyer send LOI and Company Profile 2. Seller send FCO 3. Buyer Accepted/confirmed FCO, Verbiage of BG and /or Draft Contract 4. Seller Revised if necessary / confirmed the Draft Contract and sign the contract 5. Buyer open Bank Guarantee that valid for one year period. 6. When the Seller nominated the Lay can date, the Buyer has to be ready with the detail of the Vessel for that Laycan date within 7 working days from the nomination date . 7. Buyer may visit the Stock pile to check the goods and confirmed Lay Can date. 8. Buyer signed fixture notes to Vessel and inform Seller about the Vessel Schedule. 9. Seller will coordinate to Vessel agent, port authority on arrival of the Vessel, to be ready to load the Cargo to the Vessel. 10. After loading, The Shipping document, Invoice, COA, COQ, and COO, all document that requested by the Buyer will be submitted to the Bank. 11. Buyer will pay document through his Bank, Cash against Document. 12. If Buyer failed to pay Document within one week after submitted the Documents, Seller will exercise the Bank Guarantee. 13. If Buyer success to pay and receive the Coal, for the next shipment, Buyer could place the order using that Bank Guarantee that still Valid. |
