I. R. Housing employees whose payments of their houses to the develpoer is guaranteed by Home Development Mutual Funds (Pag-ibig Funds) which will pay the total amount due to developer corresponding to the total costs of developed lots and constructed houses. In Addition to the houses of different dimentions and descriptions. Pac-Asia is well aware that it is not only lots and houses that are being developed but more than this, is the building up of a progressive, intelligent, and well-balanced community. So, all amenities so necessary and contributory to healty and satisfying life-style must exist around and within said DBM Village / Housing and B. I. R. Housing, such as-church, school, market, playgrounds and other recreational facilities, theaters, hospital, etc. Are to be constructed and provided. |
