Ensure that you have all documents available when you apply for a quotation. Our procedure: 1. Client supply LOI 2. We/you give Soft Offer & NCNDA 3. Client supply Upliftment / Purchase Order and Proof of funds 4. We issue Pro-forma Invoice for the week/month 5. Client Has 24 hours to verify product at the relevant depots 6. After Client has verified the product they do an EFT into our Bank Account 7. We issue VAT Invoice/s and Pickup Slip/s 8.
