| About | We are a family owned business, established in Toledo, offering high grade quality olive oil. From the 18th century the family have been involved in the production of Olive Oil in the foothills of Toledo. Supremum is obtained using the traditional method of extraction via cold press to ensure unaltered flavour, aroma and vitamins. The Oil is composed of two prestigious varieties of olives in Spain.
