| About | The offshore loan centre provided finance for oil and gas production, expansions and reworking. Through this activity we have several suppliers of these products that contact us from time to time to sell their output. The OLC does not act as broker on these transaction but acts as a referral agent to the mandates. Our preferred buyers are refinery mandates or other. We do not want long broker chains. Our income is by way of a shared commission from the sell side. The OLC is an international finance brokerage operating from Christchurch New Zealand. We run a small but efficient office and hold international and national brokerages in finance and insurance. The OLC has a global network of associate brokers and many other associates in the finance sector. Our Parent operation IMS Financial Services NZ operates finance franchises in all finance sectors. |
