Bg The idea for the establishment of Office Express is a result of: The observations of the managers' team on the sales of office materials and students' appliances in the ABV book-shops The experience of Correct Star Ltd. in the import and distribution of this type of products in Bulgaria and The meetings and consultations held with American and German specialists in the sector. The team noticed that with the augmentation of the structures in the companies and the number of the employees, the percent of the expenses for office equipment, furniture and materials increased. The time the employees spare for this activity becomes inefficient. Then the case for optimizing the expenses in the office arises: a company delivering directly from a store could save the immense expenses for keeping a chain of trade spots and thus offer prices which nobody has offered on the market until that moment. The perfect idea: building of distribution centers from where the clients' orders will be delivered to their offices. For the purpose a catalogue for office materials, equipment and furniture and express delivery to all points in the city is necessary to be organized. Thus the market could see prices not promulgated in the office products delivery industry until that moment. In the beginning of 2001 a representative express research started through an inquiry of more than 1000 companies. The results showed an existing market niche: punctual and express delivery to the office, saving time and financial means to the clients. The new organization allowed extremely attractive prices to the client, as a result of the expenses saved from the high maintenance of trade points. |
