Ocean International Lube Oil Re-Refining Co. Ltd. (OILReC) was established in Jeddah Saudi Arabia under Foreign Investment Act in 2006 with license to re-refine used lube oil. We are setting up the plant in Rabaigh Industrial Area with designed input capacity of 20000MT / Year and estimated annual production of 15000MT base oils. Production is expected to start by the end of 2010. |
