About | Ozkar Otomotiv has been established in 1976 at Pendik Istanbul and moved to its new building at TOSB-TAYSAD Organized Industrial Zone in 2004; to serve for motorized vehicle, motorbike, tractors and lifts, LPG tank producers, by: Metal sheet forming Chipped machining (CNC) Forging Welding Mold design and construction, facilities. Ozkar Otomotiv is serving to mainly automotive industry as well as others. Important point was to start working with TTTI for Toyota 130L Project in 2005. Following this project Ozkar Otomotiv added Q1 certified Tier-1companies to its customer portfolio as being Tier-2 supplier. Since, Ozkar products has been supplied to TOFAS-FIAT, Ford-OTOSAN indirectly. By 2007, Ozkar Otomotiv has started exporting pressed, formed, shaped, welded, machined, coated and painted original metal parts to important European commercial vehicle manufacturers. Recently, by having re-organization and developments in its structure, Ozkar Otomotiv started serving to customers with its new departments and renewed its vision and target to become a World Class Supplier in the sector. Also, Ozkar Otomotiv has been involved into co-operation with various domestic and overseas academic and technical establishments concerning RandD, technical aspects. Ozkar Otomotiv has been certified by ISO 9001: 2000 in 2007 and BS EN ISO 14001: 2004 at the beginning of 2007. Now, ISO EN 16949 finalized in August 2008. Next target for 2009 will be OHSAS 18001. Together with quality assurance department reorganisation, Ozkar Otomotiv has started investments for quality laboratory equipments. In mid 2008, MRP-II TR version has been adapted to the system with a success and the whole production has been taken under electronic phase. Our team, consist of 89 in total. 75 is blue collar and 14 white. There are 12 university graduated engineers, and spoken languages are English, Italian and German. |
