The quality Parameter of the Kraft paper is checked in our laboratory. We take special care as far as quality of Kraft paper is concerned. Each and every reel is checked thoroughly. The quality aspects such as Bursting Factor, GSM, RCT value, COBB, Tear Strength and Moisture content are checked in each and every reel. We prepare the adhesive in our own factory. The PH value, Viscosity and solid Contents of the adhesives are tested in our laboratory, adhesives play an Important role in the quality of the box. Good quality of adhesive increases the Bonding Strength, adds to the bursting strength and compression of the box. We have latest printing facilities Flexography Printing available with us. Flexography printing has brought revolution in printing and packaging industry. We have achieved best finished uniformity and sharpness in printing and Packaging through this process. Trends in printing and packing are changing at a very rapid pace. We have also created the desins for our esteemed customers and introduced multi colour printing which in turn helped them in prompting their sales. Good printing add to the aesthetic value of the product and acts as a great advertising medium. A separate Laboratory report is given with each and every load that is dispatched from our factory. The quality parameters such as bursting strength, compression strength GSM of the board and moisture content are mentioned in QTR Quality Test Reports.
