| About | Several stories, most of which are just tales, are told about soap; Yet the first data in the real sense regarding soap appear on Sumerian tablets dated to 2500 B.C. In the prescription spotted, it is related that some kind of soap is obtained by boiling water mixed with wood ash, whilst oil added therein is very gradually melted. We too are manufacturing Botan soap under almost similar natural methods as described on Sumerian inscriptions. It is made up of Botan (pistacia terebinthus) oil and water of oak ash, instead of any chemical KOH. In addition, we are using pure olive oil in diluting Botan oil, and palm oil for the soap to lather. Our production is ongoing with respect to the hotel, spa as well as personal care areas. |
