If you are not direct to the buyer or don't know who the buyer is, work harder and contact us when you do. If you claim to be a buyers mandate, be prepared to prove it and send your mandate letter. A LOI and an NCND from the ACTUAL BUYER is the first step. Do not ask for an FCO first or any other foolishness. We have the products available. We don't deal in promises, we deal in contracts and closing deals. Seller sets the rules, not the buyer.
