Penetration of the UK market thanks to the repurchase of COOK IN THE BOX become NUTRI PACK UK. 2002: Installation in Italia by the repurchase of FACOVER become NUTRI PACK ITALIA. 2003: Entry into the capital of MECAPLASTIC. 2005: Increase of the shareholding into the capital of MECAPLASTIC. 2006-2007: Continuance of the penetration onto the European markets and consolidation of its presence in the retail markets. |
