We are a successful 32-year old textile design, weaving and converting company headquartered in New York City in the heart of the U, S, 7th Avenue Garment Center. We currently have an on-going now six year old relationship with a Chinese weaving partner for the manufacture of certain specialty jacquard fabrics. This is a unique business relationship, Our current partner company was created to work only with us, and has no other customers. We are currently seeking one or more new partners to work with us for the manufacture of a wide variety of piece dyed poly based fabrics, including fabrics containing Spandex, as well as other fabrics. We are also seeking additional jacquard weaving partners with other capabilities than those of our current partner. We are also seeking contract manufacturing partners to work with us for the manufacture of a wide variety of finished products for many different end use markets, including womenswear, menswear, top of the bed, tabletop, ribbons, and any other fabric related product. At the fabric end, we have numerous existing and potential U. S. customers each of whom who are and will buy an average of 250, 000-300, 000 meters annually of various fabrics for delivery China. We are not interested in a single one time purchase. Our objective is to build new and highly price competitive on-going business relationships with trusted partners over the next 2-3 years of approximately 10, 000, 000 meters annually. . You are the weaving mill, not a trading company or selling agent. There are several different ways by which a new successful business relationship can be established. As noted, we are also seeking to work directly with contract manufacturers for the production of finished products for export. The finished products would use many of the fabrics described.
