With more than 10 years of experience, Dongmeng is professional in producing different types of stainless steel materials, including austenite, martensite, ferrite and ultra-carbon series. Based on the total investment of RMB300 million, Dongmeng covers a land area of more than 130mu with construction area of 50,000sqm, and holds the fixed assets of RMB100 million and 450 workers. Meanwhile, Dongmeng boasts a whole set of domestic advanced production techniques and equipment, German spectrometry, 6 sets of advanced 4-rolling reversing mills, 7 sets of Continuous bright thermal processing systems, as well as other cold rolling mills for lining and inspection. Dongmeng is capable of manufacturing a variety of stainless steel tapes, for example, 304, 301 and 202 high copper, 201 low copper and more. Now, we mainly produce 201 series Hi-Mn, Semi-Cu and Hi-Cu steel. Hi-Mn: Ni: 0.5-0.6 Cu: 0.6 -0.7 Mn: 13.5-14.5 Cr: 10.5-11 Semi-Cu: Ni: 0.6 -0.7 Cu: 0.6-0.7 Mn: 10.5-11 Cr: 13-14 Hi-Cu.: Ni: 0.8 Cu: 1.4 Mn: 10.5 -11 Cr: 13-14 We are able to provide 2.5-4.0mm hot rolled coilers and 0.18-2.0mm cool rolled coilers. Our productivity of steel making is over 150,000 tons per year and the output of cold rolled stainless steel is over 30,000 tons per year. We can supply a wild range of stainless steel tapes with width below 600mm and thickness from 0.17-1.5 mm (cold rolled) to 2.4-4.0 mm (hot rolled).
