| About | Ningbo Artclean Metal Products Co., Ltd was established in 1999. The company has since grown into a well known manufacturing company that specializes in the designing and manufacturing of high quality kitchen utensils. These include stainless steel sinks, kitchen hardware accessories and other deep draw steel products. The production area of Artclean covers an area of 12,000 m2 with 200 skilled employees and a strong R and D department. An extensive distribution network has resulted in a dramatic increase in our sales turnover both in the domestic and overseas market. Artclean has invested US$1.5 million in advanced manufacturing equipment for the manufacture of innovative stainless steel sinks. Artclean has acquired equipment and developed manufacturing techniques to manufacture the deep drawing of single stainless steel sheets into single and multi bowl sinks with drainer in one stamping process. In contrast, traditional and earlier manufacturing techniques for sinks require that the bowls are stamped separately and then welded to the drainer by a seam welder. The welded area is then ground and burnished. The sinks made by the single draw process give a higher quality sink with an excellent and consistent finish. This is far greater than the tradition manufacturing process. The single draw process is a revolutionary process in the metal stamping industry and is regarded as a trend of the future. Single draw and one piece sinks gives an excellent and consistent surface finish, improved sound deadening and an easy to clean and a bacteria free surface with no joints. This has earned a good reputation among the clients. Artclean is also a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer. We can produce new products to samples or drawings supplied by our customers. A typical new sink would require 7 weeks in development time. With regular orders, product can be shipped within a month from order.
