The general manager of our company has held the position of manager in Nanjing State-owned enterprise for 28 years, keeping good relationship with each steel factory. To give you a general idea about our company, we would like to introduce our factory.Our factory has the complete production lines starting from row material yard, coking, sintering, iron making, steel making, steel rolling as well. Now the annual production capacity of the main equipment of it is 4.2 million tons of steel, 3.45million tons of iron and 4.6 million tons of rolled steel products respectively. It adopts the advanced international quality control system and has been using standard of GB*T19000idt ISO9000(1994) since 1996. It got the approval center of Chinese Metallurgical Industry at the end of 1997. At the beginning if 2002, the factory successfully passed the quality certification transition from ISO9000(1994) to ISO9000(2000). During its development, it has been putting great emphasis on technical innovation,importing a large amount of state-of-art technology and equipment and consistently developing new products. At present, it can produce a series if products of more than 100 steel grades and 3000 sizes/grades including plate, bars, high speed wire rod, hot rolled strip, hot rolled sheet, bulb flats and etc of normal carbon steel, high quality carbon steel, alloy steel for special usage and etc. All of the main products have got the Golden Cup Award by Ministry of Metallurgy Industry in terms if actual quality. Each production line of it has passed the quality certification of ISO9001. Main products have been regarded as national, provincial and municipal high quality well known products for many years. The ship building plates of brand of Doubles Hammer have passed works approval by nine classification societies (CCS, LR, ABS,GL, BV.DNV, KR, NK and RIDA), which is the first in China.
