Company honors: Our butyl rubber sheets have been recommended by China Chemical Industry Anticorrosion Association. We are the cooperative partner in the ground laying project and corridor anti-skidding treatment project of Beijing Bird's Nest. Professional Application: Rubber linings are used to put the required rubber sheets on metal equipment to separate medium from various surfaces. They are anti-corrosion, protecting items from common non-oxidative strong acid, organic acid, alkaline or saline solution. The tensile strength is 240-300kg/cm2, the relative elongation is 550-650% and permanent deformation is 20-30%. They cannot be corroded in 36% hydrochloric acid under long-term effect of 800C. The unique rubber lining technique overcomes the insufficiency of the internal stress deformation with the metal and will not delaminate due to strong cohesive force. It is an excellent anticorrosive lining process in chemical, pharmacy, non-ferrous metallurgy, food processing and other industries.
