Our merchandising follow up & Q.c quality assurance build up good relationship with Customer & maker. Thus both are comfortable on our service. So that there will be no delay & confusion arise from customer & make advise both part honest information. 1.For styling /Development sample Local yarn /fabrics & animation we can send with in 5-7 days after inquiry received in hand. 2. Price quotation with in 24 hours. 3. Lab dips local with in 4-5 days & imported with 7 days. 4. Fit Sample or Size set sample with in 5-6 days & PP Sample with in 8 days after receipt comments 5. Production update / status weekly for each customer. 6. Q.C inline & Final inspection report send to customer quality department Next day of inspection 7. Commercial department keep in touch with customer import department for LC on time & maker commercial for more documentation + forwarding agent for on time stuff good.
