| About | NCE Company We are a experienced trading company who has been dealing with buying and sourcing merchandise for over 20 years now. As I am from Japan I am well aware of people and companies who have hard time dealing with many companies and suppliers in China and are looking for someone who can help them in their needs. We also have retail outlets in Japan so we are always buying products and are in the position to offer you what we also source at the same time. As offers come and go everyday for us we require a prompt and quick reply in order to be able to hold stocks that you are interested in. Mission Statement: To supply products to customers who 1. Exporters profits are limited compared to the buyers who do the ultimate wholesale-distributions and for those who own retail stores or internet auctions sites. We offer the best prices we feel we can which in turn helps us to supply you the best service and needs and informations your company desires. 2. We do not send samples for free to customers who have never bought from us. All samples will be charged based on retail prices and the amount will be refunded upon receiving order. 3. We do not provide paperwork for authenticity of products as a lot of our network we deal with do not offer us these documentations. A lot of the products are leftover stocks and cancellations. Upon being able to offer such paperwork we will be more then happy to offer them to you 4. Trouble: As we are agents who deal with various chain suppliers from factories to other suppliers at times troubles do a rise such as stock changes in colors, sizes, etc. We will work to provide you with accurate informations and all details in such cases. We ask for your patience and understanding in these matters. Also Goods shipped to customers do occasionaly have damages in them. For those who are in retail and qty is small you can cover it up via your other retail sales as your profits are higher. For those who are bigger qty buyers for redistribution or wholesale we understand damages to get reclaimed. In these cases for those buyers who require on site inspections for damages we will recommend using a company who checks damages or we can do it but will charge you extra depending on qty and your detailed requirements. On our part we will do a partial inspection but not every pc. And if you require detail inspections please let us know. We will not be able to provide any refunds at all no matter exceptions as we are working as a distribution agent on your behalf. We can only negotiate on your part with the suppliers and factories and try to work out the best deal possible on this part. 5. We are only dealing with serious buyers and we also do limit our distributions in your areas. So we are not here to create competition by supplying those you compete with as long as you are long term buyer and stable buyers. We are here to help you become stronger with our product and information supply. We do not waist our time to supply informations to interested buyers if you cannot supply us your proper contact informations including telephone # , address, and email.
