We have installed capacity to produce injectables of 0. 1 million vials / productive hour per day. The plant has very sophisticated fully automatic high speed dry powder injectables lines, from vials washing to final packing of finished goods, where as the process controlling and the production activities are carried out under the class 100 area of environment keeping in mind of the international norms. Quality is the foundation upon which the company has built its reputation. Today, we meet or exceed current good manufacturing practices (cgmp) and continue to invest in our people, processes and equipment to ensure that we remain an industry leader. Quality control performs product and material testing, environment monitoring, analytical method validation and stability studies. This group is supported by in-house chemistry and microbiology analytical laboratories. Quality assurance / quality system is responsible for batch document reviews, standard operating procedures, material and product specifications and release, audit management, training and change control administration. Also ensures that equipment qualification, systems validation, cleaning and process validation standards are applied and maintained.
