| About | COMPANY PROFILE My Directory Sdn Bhd (MD) was established in 1999. Our office is located in the central of Klang Valley, Mines Resort City, Malaysia. We are offering Open Source products, services and solutions to enterprises. Our focus is on the Open Source System Infrastructure and we work closely with partners who provide hardware, software and applications. OUR SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS Clustering, Failover and Load Balancing - We provide services to configure clustering and failover for mission critical systems. The Open Source solution is more affordable and flexible to implement than proprietary products. The infrastructure runs on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Dell / HP / IBM Blade and SAN equipment. MD Support & Maintenance - We provide Level 2 System Support & Maintenance services to all systems that we had deployed. The scope of work include hardware and software troubleshooting. The standard response time is 24x7, 2-hour remote access, and Next Business Day on-site. Premium support is also available with 4-hour on-site response. The number of incident is unlimited. Email Hosting and Support - We provide email hosting to customers from 5-user to 100-user to unlimited size. We include features such as antivirus, antispam, mail relaying, troubleshooting, DNS configuration, mail backup and client support. Web Hosting and Support - We provide Web Hosting with large disk space and inclusive of support to ensure proper web deployment. We look into application tuning, web acceleration, security and data backup for our customers. Virtual Private Server - We provide Virtual Private Server to customers who would like to have dedicated server located in Data Center for their web, email and other online services where the server is private to them. It is based on Xen virtualization technology that improve performance for Linux based system. OUR PRODUCTS MD QmailToaster (MDQT) - MDQT is an Open Source email server based on Qmail. It is web managable, comes with Open Source antivirus and antispam software. It has unlimited user license and designed for ISP or customers who need many virtual domains with delegation capability to domain administrator to manage their own user group. IBM System X and Storage - We carry trusted IBM System X, Blade, and Storage products. We consult customers the correct spec of equipment to use, sizing guide, and deployment plan. Dell Enterprise Products - We partner with Dell Global Business Division to provide Open Source services and solutions on Dell's products. The customer has the choice of dealing directly with Dell for hardware but services with us. It is the most flexible arrangement for customer. Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Directory, Certificate and Application Stack - Red Hat is the world leader of Open Source Software company. We carry all range of Red Hat products from OS to Applications. Our engineers are trained and qualified as Red Hat Certified Engineer. We consult, integrate and support all systems that runs on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Scalix Email, Calendaring and Messaging - Scalix is the enterprise-class Email and Calendaring software run on Linux. It is known as Exchange Alternative. Many customer who has Linux infrastructure will use Scalix as their groupware solution. Digital Certificates - We sell digital certificates provided by GeoTrust for Web Servers, Intranet, Email, mobile devices, and any SSL based Internet system. We assist customer to register, install and configure the digital certificate on Unix and Windows platform. |
