| About | ISO 9001, SA 8000, & WRAP certified company with 430 machines, all In house facilty for Dyeing, bleaching, cone dyeing, Weaving, spcilaize in yarn dyed fabrics Working for some best buyers & labels We are a manufacturer of Garments, Home Textiles and Fabrics We have all vertical in house production facilities From yarn to the final garment, we do every process ourselves, our facility lay out mainly comprising of, Unit 1 (Lahore) dyeing printing and finishing mills (Zacotex) Singeing Desizing Continuous bleaching Mercerizing Continuous washing Drying ranges Dyeing (continuous pad batchers, jiggers and jets) Printing (2, Stork 62inch, 8 to 10 colors and 1 Zimmer 72inch 14 color rotaries) Stenting (6 stenters Monfort and Textima) Curing Calenders Sanforizing Garment washing Cone dyeing Unit 2 (Multan) yarn dyed fabrics and stitching units Reeling unit (converting cones to the hanks) Dyeing unit (equipped to do reactive, vat, direct etc yarn dyeing) Fabric production and quality control unit (major share from the contracted looms) Garment factory (from cutting to the finishing, 430 machines inclusive of all special machines) The main items of our production are all woven garments & rotary printed knitted made UPS mainly comprising of shirts and blouses (M & B W & G) , twill / canvass shorts and pants (M & B W & G) pajamas / pj suits and gowns, quilted shirts & jackets, work wears, boxer shorts etc and yarn dyed & rotary printed home textiles We have a production capacity of about 150, 000 units / month (Shirts taken as 1 basic unit of production) As we are almost self reliant so can afford to implement a quality control system in its true sense We are ISO 9001 2000 certified for the last 6 years We have acquired Wrap & SA 8000 last year and have been renewed this year With out having full command and traceability of every component / process of production, it is really difficult to acquire continuous right quality To achieve this goal, we had been working for the last 5 years and finally we are almost computerized and hence from a finished garment we can locate every person who has done any process of its production and the material used in it Right now, we are doing sleep set for WALMART, Teflon coated twill shirts & pants for sears, heavy flannel BROWNY shirts & quilted shirts for VF, pajamas & shorts, Mens shirts & cargo twill shorts with other renowned labels of USA market are in production in our factories as well |
