| About | Mercan Seafood - Floating Cage Facility Mercan Seafood is established in the Lake Bahcelik Dam, 70 km east of Kayseri City in Turkey. We produce "Rainbow Trout" and "Salmon" with the capacity of 950 tonnes per year. Mercan Seafood has academic and professional experience in the aquaculture sector with well educated staff in this field. In the same time, we are also dealing with other commercial fish species which are well known in Turkish market such as "Seabream" and "Seabass". Our first target is to produce the fish meat under the most healthy and hygienic conditions, which has an indispensable importance for human nutrition. |
