| About | Mehar Trading took start in 2003 as procurement agents of Ferrous (Steel) Scrap according to clients demand. Area of Market was Steel Melters and Re-rollers in Pakistan. We procured materials from UAE, Egypt and USA. We upgraded our business and started import of Ferrous Scrap Materials in 2006 by ourselves where as we made a department for procurement of materials for our regular clients. In 2007, we started local purchasing of steel scrap from different cities in Pakistan and supplies to Steel Melters and Re-rollers in Pakistan. At the moment Mehar Trading is one of the famous companies supplying imported steel scrap as well as local steel scrap to Steel Industries in Pakistan. 2009 was the year when we inaugurated our manufacturing unit for Furnace Refractory (Furnace Lining) and also started the supply of other furnace related products. We started supplying of Furnace Lining and other furnace related products in October 2009. CURRENT VENTURE: At present we are importing Ferrous Materials from United States of America, Australia, Italy, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and many other countries where as we have started imports of Used Transformer Cores, etc. under Ferrous Scrap. We are currently working on different projects simultaneously which are linked as New in our website. To broad our field of work, we are entering in imports and local purchase of Plastic Pet Bottle Scrap. We are also initiating exports of Furnace Refractory, for which our target area is Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam and several other countries. Whereas, we are also starting the export of Steel Finished products like Steel Bars, Tor Bars, H Beams, Angled Iron, etc. for whom we have aimed Middle East as our target, initially. We are also working for exports of Natural and Sand stones for Decoration of houses and buildings.
