Is a domestic and close family corporation organized in 1986, and was duly registered with Security and Exchange Commission in Cebu City, Philippines in September 8, 1986. It first engaged in trading of rattan poles in 1974, and wife Marina Mayol purchasing rattan poles on account in the province of Lanao del Sur, and the late husband Bienvenido Mayol, traded it to Cebu City. It first carried the business name of Cebu Rattan Furniture. There was no fear to lose in the business because they having nothing to lose, what they only have is the strong determination to make business by trading rattan poles and rattan furnitures for local market. The demand of rattan poles paved them the way to access to furniture industries and the next five years, the name Mayol International Export Inc.
