| About | At the outset we would like to reintroduce ourselves as the largest Crown Manufacturing Company in India, having two manufacturing locations, one each in Silvassa (Near Mumbai) and Hyderabad. Both units are totally independent and self-reliant, and are certified ISO 9001 and the DIN Standards of Quality System. Both our units are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art pre-press, printing & coating, other machinery and testing equipments which are managed by qualified Engineers & Quality Professionals. Our Lining & Punching machines are from Sacmi, Imola and the Printing machinery from Crabtree, U. K. The combined capacity is 3,75,000 cases of 100 gross [ 5,400 Mill. Pcs. ] per Annum. We use imported PVC and PVC Free Lining compound sourced from D S Chemie, Germany. In the Lining machines we have on line vision and vaccum inspection-compatible for PVC Free and PVC Lining. We also have in house modern laboratory and QA facility to maintain highest standards. We are successfully catering Under the Crown (UTC) Promotional crowns which comprise print on inside crown metal and print transfer on liner on either PVC Free or PVC Liner. Metal packaging being our core business for last 3 decades, we have been producing crown caps last 18 years and have attained the status of "Preferred Vendor" for many Beverages/Brewery units in India and abroad. This was possible only due to our total dedication and commitment towards delivering the best possible products & services to all our esteemed clientele like you.
