| About | Ma'anshan Zhongneng Refractory Co., Ltd. is a modern large-scale enterprise that specializes in the production of refractory materials and supplemental materials for the metallurgical industry. Our company is conveniently located near Tianmen Avenue in Ma'anshan which is known as the "City of Irons" and is easy to find. Our company has established several advanced production lines for producing refractory fiber products and is equipped with two sets of crushing equipment, two sets of mixing equipment, two dry kilns and a complete set of equipment for the feeding and injection of cored wires in metallurgical applications. Our fixed capital has been more than $500 million Yuan since 1998. Our company has assembled a team of highly qualified and experienced technical experts to develop specialized refractory products and develop strong relationships with our industry partners. Additionally, our company has signed long term product development agreements and established research institutes with many higher education institutions in China. Our company established Ceramic Fiber Research Institute in 2000. At present, our company has 56 persons, among whom 21 have earned a college degree or higher and 35 have earned a high school diploma. Our only manufacturing facility in Dingqiao is located in Qingyang County within Jiuhua Mountain Region which is known as the first and most famous Buddhist Holy Land, bordering on the south with Taiping Lake with picturesque scenery. Our plant is equipped with several advanced production lines, including lines for producing needle-punched fiber products using the method of silk-throwing with a combined annual capacity of 8000 tons, vacuum forming lines and polycrystalline mullite fiber production lines. Our products include ceramic fiber blankets, ceramic fiber boards, ceramic fiber ropes, ceramic fiber paper and ceramic fiber blocks. Most of our products are sold to major steel mills (including Magang Steel, Wugang Steel, Jigang Steel, Chonggang Steel, Sanan Steel and Many Furnaces) and have steadily received favorable reviews from them. We have been paying more attention to product quality and deeply realize the significance of putting product quality first. Quality is the key to a company's survival. In order to achieve sustainable product-quality management, we have set up a comprehensive quality management system and defined a set of quality principles and goals. We have brought the operation of many processes through the use of unified rules for managing quality set out in the customized quality management manual under effective control, including purchasing, manufacturing, removal and disposal of defective products, human resource allocation, new product development and more. Our operation processes are constantly improved to give our clients better products and services. After one year's operation, Zhongneng has passed an independent audit performed by ICAS and entered into the registry. As we look ahead, it is clear that we still have much work to do.
