| About | HISTORY MEVLANA DRIED NUTS has started production in a small atelier of 24 sqm in Karsiyaka, Izmir in 1992 by two brothers; Bekir SAHINER and Ali SAHINER. In the follovving years, in order to cover a larger service area in Izmir and surrounding towns, they have started applying innovations which allow product processing with developing technology in Food Market the biggest food and vvholesale site in Aegean Region. Sahiner brothers have speeded up their production after 2002, and started increasing the number of franchise retail stores. TODAY Today, the company realizes its Dried Nuts and Turkish Delight, Cezerye, Turkish Delight, Crocant production in its factory in Kemalpasa Organized Industrial Zone on a 7000 sqm closed area with its up 125 personnel, in order to meet demands in franchise retail stores. The company can establish two facilities a year, and has up to 1000 ton Dried Nuts, and 100 ton Turkish Delight, Cezerye, Turkish Delight, Crocant production-process capacity Per month. Besides, our company producing dried and Turkish delight under CEREZCIBASI, HAPPYNUTS, and HUSEYIN EFENDI, exports its products in most European countries.
