We can accept Sight or Usance L/ C payable in NY. All charges related to usance, discount, commission, and confirmation if required by discounting bank are to the account of Opener. Bulk Transactions need Divisible / Transferable L/ C for arrangement of payment to Yard, Stevedores (if necessary) , and the Charter Agency Containerized need DP / TT w / Deposit against shipment documents or Non-transferable L/ C. |
