| About | Longkou Yudong Machinery Factory specializes in producing brake discs, brake hubs, brake pads, front wheel hubs, back minor axes and flywheel assemblies for autos with the integration of development, casting, processing and marketing. Taking the lead in passing the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification in the same trade, our factory was established in 1990. Our factory has advanced production equipment, reasonable techniques and complete detection means. Our capability of cooperation with clients is strong. Our product quality has been reliably guaranteed depending on high-level employees, high-efficiency numerical control, high precision measuring equipment and a complete set of strict and reliable quality guarantee system. Our factory belongs to non-governmental enterprise. At present, we have 258 workers, including over 40 technologists. Moreover, our quality guarantee department has 8 technologists who can carry out quality management system with high security and high efficiency (ISO/TS16949:2002). In addition, our factory has over one hundred sets of equipment, including over ten sets of checkout equipment and over ten sets of test equipment. Advanced tension testers, sclerometers, metal microscopes, analyzers for foundry and fast analyzers are equipped to do analysis and test of foundry materials. Our annual throughput is about 20,000T of castings and 1.2 million pieces of finished products. In 2008, there will be a new and high standard foundry workshop to put into production with annual throughput of 30,000T. Our output of finished products will reach 1.8 million pieces/year.
