Liquid Ceramic International, Inc. Markets a high performance architectural coating for both exterior walls and roofs. Available in 5-gallon pails only in pastel, medium, deep and accent bases. Product has a volume solids of 61% , one of the highest in the industry. The primary solids are microscopic ceramic particulate. Liquid Ceramic can be applied with a brush, roller or 3000psi spray unit. Simply prime the substrate and apply two (2) coats to yield a 10mil dry film thickness (dft) . As a comparison, most two coat paint products are only 30% in solid volume, 70% water or other evaporant and have lesser quality solids, such as calcium carbonate. Liquid Ceramic Exterior has performed well on high rise buildings--lasting 30 years plus without need to repaint.
