Lear obtains 128 national patents. Lear PVC Profile Plant brought in a full set of production equipment and technologies from Germany and Austria. The internationally latest high-speed extrusion production technologies of double chamber model have been used along with digital computer program control. All our raw materials are imported from abroad. Our main products include over 100 varieties, such as top-grade 72 casement (five chambers and three sealings) series profiles, 65 casement (four chambers and three sealings) and general 60 casement and 60, 80, 88 sliding series profiles. Lear owns the patents for top-grade 72, 65 casement series profiles (with patent number: ZL.03270037.7 and ZL.03354246.5). These two series appear in European market at the same time. Lear Aluminum Profile Plant mainly manufactures top-grade thermal insulation aluminum profiles, top-grade powder spray aluminum profiles, construction curtain wall profiles and related products.
