The company was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja Nigeria in 1994 with Cetificate of Incorporation No. Rc 247, 070. We have since done successfull business within the Nigerian oil industry with a net profit as at December 2004 of Nigerian Naira 25 million. We are prepared to go into paternership in the areas of crude oil refining here in Nigeria on a privaite ownership basis and also Agriculture specific Animal and Fish husbandry cum the planting of potatoes for export.
