| About | Landdevelopment. com has been evaluating, acquiring, improving and managing large land tracts for nearly 20 years; our approach to the land business is distinct and passionate. We acquire own and manage large tracts of land. We evaluate each tract and determine its best and highest use. Sometimes that use is for mining forestry, agriculture and other times it is best suited for development. On this website we are looking to open up communications with entities in the phosphorous business. We have access to a substantial tract with a concentrated source of phosphate rock onsite. Our site contains an estimated 1 million or more tons of a phosphate rich rock material which is presently undergoing rigorous testing as a source of phosphorous in fertilizers, with preliminary Bone Phosphate Lime and P205 levels as high as 45% . This material can be excavated, dried, pulverized and directly applied as an Organic Fertilizer (potentially already OMRI certified) without chemical modification or solubilized into traditional in-organic fertilizers such as DAP and Triple Super Phosphate. This IS a unique situation. This is NOT a typical raw tract of land with suitable soils for a phosphrous mining operation. We specialize in the real estate business and have no desire to get into the fertilizer or chemical business, meaning we would rather sell the mineral rights or otherwise negotiate the excavation of the material to a capable entity operating in this industry.
