About | KmX Chemical Corp, a subsidiary of KmX Corporation of Ontario Canada operates a Chemical Processing facility on 13 acres in New Church Virginia, to recover for resale or on a toll basis a wide spectrum of chemical by-products, including ethanol, isopropanol, diethyl ether, n propanol, n butanol, keytones, esters, mineral spirits, and glycols. The site has its own rail spur, and can handle up to 12 cars at one time, on its tracks. In late 2008, the facility will utilize Azeo-Sep, an advanced membrane technology offered by KmX Corporation, to break water and chemical and azeotropes, more efficiently, effectively and at lower cost than all other conventional means. This technology replaces molecular sieves and chemical entrainers, and will be used at our plant to break azeotropes with alcohols, and many other chemicals. (see typical chemicals dehydrated at WWW. Kmxchemical. Com. In addition, our Membrane Systems can separate a wide variety of organic chemicals, that azeotrope with water more cost effectively and efficiently than other methods. This Technology being built for our plant can be designed, and built at your plant site to solve the difficult separation of Azeotropic components with water and many organic solvents, thereby increasing productivity, market share, and revenue while lowering costs Azeo-Sep tm Breaks Solvent / Water Azeotrope Separation Barrier, mole sieves cannot 80% cost reduction compared to conventional Solvent dehydration with a wide range of solvents Increase Distillation Column throughput without Mol Sieves Increase Esterification Reaction throughput by over 4 to 1, with lower costs Solvent / Solvent Separation, including highly acidic or strong alkaline materials Voc-Sep tm Separates Volatile Organic Compounds from Water Removes 0. 05% to 10% of a wide range of volatile organic compounds, including, alcohols, aromatics, and polar hydrocarbons. Pre-treat water and recover high value chemicals. Design, build and operate turn key multi discipline projects. |
