| About | Keyhan Saanat Ghaem Industrial Manufacturing Complex Keyhan Saanat Ghaem Industrial Manufacturing Complex (KSG) consisting of two parts, Foundry and Machinery, was established on 1994 in order to supply motorized vehicles and other industries parts and now after more than 2 decades of its presence in industry field, KSG is one of the most important specialized companies in gasoline and diesel engines' cylinder liners manufacturing in Iran and Middle East. Our product is well known as the commercial name, Bush-e-Ghaem, in local and foreign markets. Foundry By using modern machines and production equipment and relaying on its specialized experts, KSG Foundry unit produces 4000 to 5000 tons various different founded parts of vehicles with centrifuge technology, shell molding, and cold box sand molding methods. High quality confirmed raw materials and induction melting furnaces are used for producing such parts. Machining: The founded parts are machined in KSG machining unit by the most advanced modern machineries and highest accuracy based on OEM and AM. Machines like different kinds of CNC machines, copy machines, boring, honing etc are used in this unit. Quality Management KSG's main goal is to win customers' trust and satisfaction, to enable increases its share in local and global competitive markets. And KSG, using experienced experts and local and foreign advisers, put execution of improvement projects in technical, commercial, managing and producing fields in frontispiece. R& D experts uses the best engineering and drawing software and are able to the accomplishment of reversed engineering projects and performs new products process in APOP format and after the first sample and one day production of line, deliver these products to production line for mass production. Quality Control Department Using trained personnel in QC Dept. and the laboratory and implementing exact instrument and modern facilities for precise testing and controlling in Metallurgy, Metrology and Calibration fields make possible to control the quality of all raw materials and products till the parts are produced according to international standards.
